British Parliament Investigates Videogames’ Risks

ukparliament_s.jpgThe Culture, Media and Sport Committee of the British parliamentĀ provoked today new investigation of potential hazards of the harmful deed on the Internet and on informational plays.

New study studies the following:
1 - profits and the possibilities offered users, including children and youth, and economy production engineering, such as the Internet, informational plays and portable instruments.
2 - the potential risks to users, including children and youth, lack of safety in the contents harmful to the information, on the Internet or on informational plays.

The committee is interested in especially presented potential threats:
- “Cyber bullying”;
- The user oscillated the informational contents, including the informational contents which does the command well-known intensity and electron guns;
- Usefulness of the personal information concerning social mains-operated sites;
- The informational contents which motivates the racial hatred, extremism or terrorism; and
- The informational contents which shows a critical pornography or intensity.
